Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\n2. In a saucepan, heat butter, water, and salt until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough ball forms.<br \/>\n3. Return to low heat, stirring for 1\u20132 minutes to dry the dough slightly.<br \/>\n4. Transfer to a bowl and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.<br \/>\n5. Pipe or spoon 3-inch rounds onto baking sheet. Bake for 25\u201330 minutes until puffed and golden.
