Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C). Grease a large baking dish.<br \/>\n2. Boil halved baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender. Drain well.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.<br \/>\n4. Add the cooked potatoes and most of the bacon and green onions.
