Ovaj keks je tanak pa nije potrebno umakati ga u mleko ili sok pre filovanja.<\/p>\n<h3>Sastojci:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>800 gr turskog klasi\u010dnog keksa petit beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Za vanilin kremu:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 dcl mleka<\/li>\n<li>150 gr \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/li>\n<li>6 ka\u0161ika gustina<\/li>\n<li>4 \u017eumanca<\/li>\n<li>250 gr putera ili margarina<\/li>\n<li>1 kesica \u0161lag krema od vanile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Za fil od vi\u0161anja:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600 gr vi\u0161anja<\/li>\n<li>200 gr \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>4 dcl vode<\/li>\n<li>2 pudinga vanile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fil od belanaca:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 belanca<\/li>\n<li>250 gr \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>1 dcl vode<\/li>\n<li>2 ka\u0161ike soka od limuna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Priprema:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Skuvati vanilin kremu:<\/strong> U posudu staviti 4 dcl mleka da se kuva. Umutiti 4 \u017eumanca sa 150 gr \u0161e\u0107era, 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, 6 ka\u0161ika gustina i 1 dcl mleka. Dodati u kuvano mleko i kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne i ostaviti da se ohladi. Umutiti jedan puter i dodati hladni fil i 1 kesicu umu\u0107enog \u0161laga po upustvu na kesici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fil od vi\u0161anja:<\/strong> U posudu staviti vi\u0161nje, 2 dcl vode i 200 gr \u0161e\u0107era, kuvati dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne istopi. Masu \u0161tapnim mikserom izblendirati i vratiti na vatru. Umutiti 2 pudinga sa 2 dcl vode, dodati u vi\u0161nje i kuvati. Kad se zgusne ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filovati tortu:<\/strong> Vanilin kremu podeliti na 4 dela a fil od vi\u0161anja na 2 dela. Na tacnu staviti 18 komada keksa (3\u00d76), premazati sa 1 delom vanilin kreme, red keksa, 2 delom vanilin kreme, red keksa, 1 deo fila od vi\u0161anja, red keksa, 3 deo vanilin kreme, red keksa, 4 deo vanilin kreme, red keksa, 2 deo fila od vi\u0161anja i na kraju red keksa. Torta ima 7 redova keksa.<\/p>\n<p>Tortu premazati po vrhu i okolo sa filom od belanaca koji pripremate ovako:<\/p>\n<p>U posudu staviti 250 gr \u0161e\u0107era, dodati 1 dcl vode i kuvati 7-8 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U posudu staviti 4 belanca umutiti i dodavati u tankom mlazu vru\u0107 sirup od \u0161e\u0107era uz stalno mu\u0107enje.
