Kremast, so\u010dan i veoma izda\u0161an, on \u0107e zadovoljiti i one najizbirljivije.<\/p>\n<h3>Sastojci:<\/h3>\n<h4>Kora od \u010dokolade:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 velika bjelanca<\/li>\n<li>6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>4 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>75 grama istopljene \u010dokolade za kuvanje<\/li>\n<li>jedna kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kora od kokosa:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 velika bjelanca<\/li>\n<li>6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>75 grama kokosa<\/li>\n<li>jedna ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>jedna kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fil:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u017eumanaca<\/li>\n<li>200 grama \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>200 grama \u010dokolade za kuvanje<\/li>\n<li>250 grama putera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>I jo\u0161:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kesice \u0161laga za dekoraciju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Priprema:<\/h3>\n<p>Pripremiti pleh dimenzija 25\u00d730 cm. Prvo pe\u0107i \u010dokoladnu koru na papiru za pe\u010denje, izvaditi iz pleha, a zatim pe\u0107i koru od kokosa u nauljenom i bra\u0161nom posutom plehu (ona ostaje u plehu kao donja, tokom filovanja kola\u010da).<\/p>\n<h4>Kora sa \u010dokoladom:<\/h4>\n<p>Umutiti bjelanca i \u0161e\u0107er u \u010dvrst snijeg, dodati bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, lagano izmije\u0161ati pa zatim dodati istopljenu \u010dokoladu pa opet lagano promije\u0161ati. Sipati u pleh u koji ste stavili papir za pe\u010denje. Pe\u0107i oko 12-15 minuta u rerni prethodno zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni. Pe\u010denu koru izvaditi zajedno sa papirom i tako je ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<h4>Kora sa kokosom:<\/h4>\n<p>Bjelanca i \u0161e\u0107er umutiti u \u010dvrst snijeg, dodati bra\u0161no, kokos i pra\u0161ak za pecivo i lagano izmije\u0161ati. Sipati u blago nauljen i bra\u0161nom posut pleh i pe\u0107i oko 12-15 minuta u rerni prethodno zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni. Ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<h4>Fil:<\/h4>\n<p>Pjenasto mutiti \u0161e\u0107er i \u017eumanca dok se ne dobije svijetla kremasta smjesa. Staviti na paru i kuvati oko 15 minuta uz povremeno mije\u0161anje. Dodati \u010dokoladu i, \u010dim se istopi, maknuti sa pare i ohladiti. Puter pjenasto umutiti, dodati fil od \u010dokolade i sve zajedno dobro izmiksati.<\/p>\n<p>Pola fila nanijeti na koru od kokosa, staviti \u010dokoladnu koru tako da papir bude gore i onda ga skinuti pa nanijeti i ostatak fila.
