Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and mix well until fully combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
