Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pan to form the crust.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 45–50 minutes until set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
5. Top the chilled cheesecake with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
6. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
