No-Bake Malteser Cheesecake

A creamy, dreamy cheesecake packed with chocolatey Maltesers crunch and zero oven time 😍
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese (softened)
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Maltesers
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Topping:
1/2 cup whipped cream
Whole Maltesers
Chocolate drizzle
Crushed chocolate pieces
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Stir in crushed Maltesers and chocolate chips.
7. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
9. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, whole Maltesers, chocolate drizzle, and extra crushed chocolate.
Pro Tip:
Freeze the cheesecake for 30 minutes before slicing for perfectly clean cuts and an extra firm texture!
