Heavenly Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients:
*For the Crust:*
* 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 2 tbsp sugar
*For the Cheesecake Filling:*
* 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
*For Topping:*
* Sliced bananas
* Crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
* Caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Mix crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in fridge while prepping filling.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened.
4. Combine the pudding into the cream cheese mixture and blend well. Fold in whipped topping.
5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
