Cheesy, beefy, saucy perfection wrapped in a warm grilled tortilla! 🤤
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 cup cooked Mexican rice
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 4 large flour tortillas
* 4 medium flour tortillas (for quesadilla layer)
* Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Heat the nacho cheese sauce and cooked rice separately.
3. On a flat surface, place the medium tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with a large tortilla and warm both on a skillet to melt the cheese in between (this forms your quesadilla wrap).
4. In the center of each quesadilla wrap, layer: Mexican rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and sour cream.
5. Roll up tightly like a burrito.
6. Grill the wrapped quesarito seam-side down in a buttered skillet until golden and crisp on both sides.
7. Slice in half and serve hot!
