Cheesy, gooey pizza bombs packed with flavor in every bite! Perfect for snacking or parties 🎉
Ingredients:
* 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
* 12 mozzarella cheese cubes or string cheese pieces
* 24 slices pepperoni
* 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
* 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
* 2 tbsp melted butter
* 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in the center.
3. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
4. Brush each bite with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
5. Top each one with a teaspoon of pizza sauce and an extra slice of pepperoni.
6. Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly inside.
7. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
