Oreo Cheesecake Donut Burger 🍔
Ingredients
For the cheesecake filling
1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
⅓ cup powdered sugar
8 Oreo cookies, crushed into small pieces
For assembly
6 glazed donuts
6 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
¼ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
Soften the cream cheese. Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator 30 to 45 minutes before starting. It should be soft enough to press easily with a finger.

Make the Oreo cheesecake filling. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until it is completely smooth, with no lumps — about 1 minute. Add the powdered sugar and beat again until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the crushed Oreo pieces until they are evenly distributed throughout the filling.

Prepare the donut “buns.” Using a serrated knife, slice each glazed donut horizontally as you would a hamburger bun. The bottom half should be slightly thicker than the top half to hold the filling. Set all bottom halves on a serving plate or tray.

Add the cheesecake filling. Scoop a generous amount (about 2 to 3 tablespoons) of the Oreo cheesecake mixture onto the cut side of each donut bottom. Use the back of a spoon or a small spatula to spread it slightly, leaving a small border around the edge so filling doesn’t squeeze out when pressed.

Add ice cream (optional). For an extra decadent version, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream directly on top of the cheesecake filling on each donut. Work quickly so the ice cream doesn’t melt.

Close the burgers. Place the top half of each donut over the filling, pressing down very gently to create a burger shape. The donut “lid” should sit evenly.

Drizzle and serve. If using chocolate syrup, drizzle it over the top of each assembled donut burger just before serving. Serve immediately — if you added ice cream, eat within 2 to 3 minutes before it melts and makes the donut soggy.
