Ingredients:
* 1 lb breakfast sausage
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
* 2 cups pancake mix
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 2 eggs

Instructions:
1. Shape sausage into small, flat patties about 2–3 inches wide. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
