The ultimate comfort food mashup—ooey-gooey mac & cheese meets bold Sloppy Joe in a warm tortilla!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
* 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce (store-bought or homemade)
* 2 cups cooked macaroni
* 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 4 large flour tortillas
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 1 tbsp butter or oil (for toasting wraps)
Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, mix cooked macaroni with shredded cheddar until melty (you can warm it slightly if needed).
4. Lay out tortillas and spoon mac & cheese down the center of each. Top with a generous scoop of Sloppy Joe mixture.
5. Roll up each tortilla burrito-style.
6. Optional: Toast each wrap in a skillet with a little butter or oil until golden on both sides.
7. Slice in half and serve warm!
Pro Tip:
Wrap them in foil for a perfect on-the-go lunch or tailgate snack—melty, meaty, and mess-free!
