Naan Dough 🔥

Ingredients:

• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp oil or ghee
• ¾ cup warm water (approx.)

Instructions:

1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it activate for 5 minutes.

2. Add flour, salt, yogurt, and oil.

3. Knead into a soft smooth dough.

4. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

5. Divide into equal dough balls and roll into naan shapes.

6. Cook on a hot tawa until puffed and lightly charred on both sides.

7. Brush with butter or garlic butter and serve warm
