Bacon Cheeseburger Mozzarella Bombs

Crispy, cheesy, juicy bites packed with beef, bacon, and melty mozzarella goodness!

Yield: 10–12 bombs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or small cubes)
6 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs (beaten)
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
2. Take a small portion of beef and flatten it in your hand.
3. Add mozzarella cheese and a bit of bacon in the center, then wrap the beef around it to form a ball.
4. In one bowl, mix eggs and milk. In another, place breadcrumbs.
5. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a pan to medium heat and fry the bombs until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 4–5 minutes).
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot for that gooey cheese pull!

Pro Tip:
For an extra flavor boost, mix a little shredded cheddar inside with the mozzarella and serve with a side of burger sauce or spicy mayo for dipping!
