Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Skillet

All the flavors of your favorite bacon cheeseburger in one cheesy, hearty skillet meal! 🤤🔥
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 cup cooked white rice
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
* 1/4 cup diced onion
* 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 tbsp ketchup (optional for flavor)
* 1 tsp yellow mustard (optional)
* 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Season with salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard (if using). Stir to combine.
3. Add cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the beef mixture.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
5. Cover the skillet with a lid and let sit for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts.
6. Top with crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
