Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
½ cup caramel sauce
¼ cup chocolate sauce
¼ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan.
2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
4. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
5. Stir in heavy cream for extra creaminess.
6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 50–55 minutes, until center is slightly set.
8. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Top with sliced bananas, drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce, and sprinkle chopped peanuts before serving.
