Ingredients:

For the brownie taco shells:

* 1 box brownie mix
* Ingredients required on brownie mix box
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the filling:

* 3 cups vanilla ice cream
* 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
* Chocolate syrup
* Crushed Oreo cookies
* Crushed butter cookies
* Extra mini Oreos for topping

Instructions:

1. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions and stir in mini chocolate chips.

2. Spread thin oval-shaped portions of brownie batter onto a lined baking sheet.

3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until set but still soft.

4. While warm, carefully drape brownies over a rolling pin or taco mold to create taco shell shapes. Let cool completely.

5. Fill brownie taco shells with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

6. Drizzle melted peanut butter and chocolate syrup over the top.

7. Sprinkle crushed Oreos, cookie crumbs, and mini Oreos generously.
