CHEESECAKE DEVILED STRAWBERRIES

– Ingredients:
Strawberry Crunch Topping
● 6 golden Oreo cookies, finely crushed
● 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
● 2 tsp strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
Cream Cheese Filling
● 12–15 large strawberries, halved
● 8 oz cream cheese, softened
● ¾ cup powdered sugar, sifted
● 2 tbsp heavy cream
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● ⅛ tsp salt
-Instructions:
1: Make the crunch: Bake crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter and strawberry gelatin at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
2: Prep strawberries: Rinse, pat very dry, slice in half lengthwise, and arrange cut-side up on a platter.
3: Mix filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until light and creamy.
4: Fill & finish: Spoon or pipe about 1–1½ tsp filling onto each strawberry and sprinkle generously with strawberry crunch.
