Chocolate Brigadeiro Ice Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter (melted)
3 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Brigadeiro Filling:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Topping:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate sprinkles or shavings

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
3. Add flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
5. In a saucepan, cook condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened into brigadeiro. Let cool slightly.
6. Slice cake in half and spread brigadeiro filling between layers.
7. Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to make ganache.
8. Pour ganache over the cake, letting it drip down the sides.
9. Top with chocolate sprinkles or shavings.
10. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
