What goes in:
Base: digestive crumbs, melted butter
Filling: cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, whipped cream, pistachios, cherries
Finish: cherry syrup, white chocolate, extra toppings
How it comes together:
1. Build the base
Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until it holds together like damp sand.
Press it firmly into your pan and chill… this gives you that solid, slightly crunchy foundation
2. Create the creamy layer
Beat the cream cheese until smooth and silky, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Gently fold in whipped cream to keep it light and airy… you want that mousse-like texture
Add chopped pistachios and half of the cherries… now it starts to look really good.
3. Assemble & swirl
Spread the filling over the chilled base and smooth it out.
Drizzle cherry syrup on top and swirl lightly… don’t overdo it, those soft ribbons make it look beautiful
4. Chill to perfection
Let it set in the fridge until firm. This is where everything comes together and the texture turns perfectly sliceable.
5. The final touch
Top with whipped cream, fresh cherries, and pistachios. Finish with a drizzle of white chocolate for that elegant look
The result:
Buttery base, creamy filling, crunchy nuts, and sweet cherry bursts… every bite hits differently
