Creamy Bang Bang Shrimp

Crispy shrimp tossed in a spicy, creamy sauce that packs a punch of flavor! 😋🌶️
Ingredients:
* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/2 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
* 1/2 cup cornstarch
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
* 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice level)
* 1 tbsp honey (optional for balance)
* Vegetable oil for frying
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish
* Crushed red pepper flakes, for heat (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, coating evenly.
4. Fry shrimp in batches until golden and crispy (about 2 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
5. In a separate bowl, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
6. Toss hot shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
7. Plate the shrimp and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
