3 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups whole milk
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream (for topping)
Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to make it light and fluffy.
4. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the graham cracker crust.
5. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and smooth the top.
6. Add a generous layer of whipped cream on top.
7. Arrange more banana slices on top, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
8. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the pie for added texture.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours before serving.
