Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cheesecake

A rich, indulgent dessert layering fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and luscious chocolate sauce 🍫✨
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for topping)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Chocolate shavings or crumbles (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour half into the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven (it will be partially set).
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownie layer.
Drizzle remaining brownie batter and swirl gently for a marbled effect.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until center is just set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Before serving, drizzle generously with hot fudge, add whipped cream, and sprinkle chocolate on top.
