* 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
* 3 cups cold milk
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
For the Pink Frosting:
* 2 cups white chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* Pink food coloring
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold into the pudding mixture.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
4. In a 9×13-inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
5. Spread half of the cream filling over the crackers.
