Oreo Cheesecake Donut Burger

Oreo Cheesecake Donut Burger 🍩
Ingredients
For the cheesecake filling:
1 cup cream cheese
⅓ cup powdered sugar
8 Oreo cookies, crushed into small chunks
For assembly:
6 glazed donuts
6 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
¼ cup chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Oreo cheesecake filling
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon until completely smooth and free of lumps. Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until the mixture turns light and creamy. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo pieces with a spatula until evenly distributed. Do not overmix—small cookie chunks should remain visible.

Step 2 – Slice the donuts
Take each glazed donut and cut it horizontally through the middle, just as you would split a hamburger bun. You want a bottom half and a top half for each donut burger.

Step 3 – Assemble the burgers
Place the bottom half of each donut on a serving plate. Scoop or pipe a generous amount (about 2–3 tablespoons) of the Oreo cheesecake filling onto the center of the bottom half. Spread it slightly toward the edges but leave a small border to prevent spillage.

Step 4 – Add optional ice cream layer (if using)
For an extra-indulgent version, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream directly on top of the cheesecake filling. Press down gently so the scoop sits flat.

Step 5 – Close and finish
Set the top half of the donut over the filling or ice cream to form a burger. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the donut lid. If you prefer less mess, drizzle the syrup inside the donut before closing.

Step 6 – Serve immediately
These donut burgers are best eaten right away, especially if you added ice cream. Provide a fork and knife or let guests pick them up like a real burger—expect some delicious drips.
