Pecan Pie Muffins

All the gooey, nutty goodness of pecan pie packed into a soft, buttery muffin—perfect for cozy mornings or dessert!
Ingredients:
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chopped pecans
* 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans.
3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until tops are golden and set.
7. Let cool slightly before removing from tin. Serve warm or room temp!
