Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Pink food coloring
1/2 cup mini cookie dough pieces
1/2 cup crushed cookies
For topping:
1 cup pink-tinted whipped topping
Colorful chocolate candies
Extra cookie crumbs
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
5. Fold in whipped topping gently.
6. Add a few drops of pink food coloring until desired color is reached.
7. Fold in cookie dough pieces and crushed cookies.
8. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
9. Top with pink whipped topping and generously sprinkle colorful chocolate candies on top.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
