Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Delight

A stunning layered dessert with rich red velvet cake, creamy cheesecake, crunchy Oreo crust, and a glossy chocolate topping!

Ingredients:
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 box red velvet cake mix
Ingredients required for cake mix (eggs, oil, water)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream

Topping:
1 cup chocolate ganache
Whipped cream
Whole Oreo cookies

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom to form the crust.
3. Prepare red velvet cake batter and pour a thin layer over the crust.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the red velvet layer.
7. Add remaining red velvet batter in small dollops and gently swirl for a marbled effect.
8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until the center is set.
9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
10. Top with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and Oreo cookies before serving.

Pro Tip:
For clean, beautiful layers, chill the cheesecake overnight and use a hot knife when slicing!
