Ingredients:
* 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
* 5 tbsp melted butter

* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup raspberry puree
* Pink food coloring
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 cup chocolate cake cubes or brownie chunks
* 1 cup chocolate truffles or chocolate chunks
* Raspberry sauce
* Whipped pink frosting
* Crushed walnuts for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a springform cheesecake pan.
2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3. Bake crust for 8 minutes, then let cool.
4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, raspberry puree, and a few drops of pink food coloring.
6. Pour half the cheesecake filling into the crust.
7. Add chocolate cake chunks and chocolate truffles evenly throughout the center.
8. Pour remaining cheesecake filling over the top and smooth evenly.
9. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
10. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
