Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted for drizzle)
2 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
3. Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until set.
5. Remove from oven and immediately press the center of each brownie with the back of a spoon to create a small well. Let cool.
6. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
7. Roll mixture into small balls and place one into each brownie center.
8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops.
