Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* 1 packet ranch seasoning
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (or pico de gallo)
* 24 mini phyllo shells or wonton wrappers (pre-baked in muffin tin)
* Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
4. Spoon the beef mixture into each phyllo shell or baked wonton cup.
5. Top with shredded cheese and a bit of tomato or pico.
6. Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with cilantro if desired. Serve warm!
