Baked Italian Shrimp with Lemon

Juicy shrimp baked in zesty Italian herbs, garlic butter, and fresh lemon slices – simple and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (leave tails on if desired)
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 tsp paprika
* ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* 1 lemon, thinly sliced
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, tossing lightly to coat.
4. Arrange lemon slices on top of the shrimp.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Serve this dish with warm crusty bread to soak up the flavorful lemon-garlic butter sauce – it’s irresistible!
