Ingredients:
* 4 large eggs
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 3 tbsp powdered sugar
* 4–5 ripe bananas (sliced)
* 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Mix in vanilla. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
3. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and springy to the touch.
4. While warm, roll the cake with parchment into a log shape. Let cool completely.
5. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Unroll cooled cake, spread whipped cream evenly, and line with sliced bananas. Roll up gently again.
