Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with ranch-flavored chicken and smoky bacon – a flavor-packed quesadilla dream!
Ingredients:
* 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
* 4 large flour tortillas
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/3 cup ranch dressing
* 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
* 1 tbsp butter or oil (for pan)
* Sour cream or extra ranch (for dipping)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix chicken with ranch dressing until well coated.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
3. Place one tortilla in the skillet. On one half, layer chicken, bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella.
4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
6. Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream or extra ranch on the side.
Pro Tip:
Add chopped green onions or a dash of hot sauce inside for an extra flavor punch!
