* 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
* 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
* 4 cups chicken broth
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into small pieces)
* 1 tbsp butter
* Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
2. Stir in cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
3. Add shredded chicken and stir well.
4. Drop biscuit dough pieces into the simmering soup. Reduce heat to low and cover.
