White Garlic Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
