Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
2 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup hot fudge sauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies (for crust texture)
Chocolate chunks or brownie pieces (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a springform pan and lightly grease it.
2. Mix and bake brownie batter according to package directions as the base layer. Let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
4. Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
5. Bake for 40–50 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy, then spread over the chilled cheesecake.
7. Drizzle generously with warm hot fudge sauce.
8. Top with chocolate chips, chunks, or crumbled brownie pieces.
