Kiwi & Strawberry Yogurt Parfait with Granola

A fresh and fruity layered parfait that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy snack! 🌞✨
Ingredients:
* 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
* 2 fresh kiwis, peeled and sliced
* 6 fresh strawberries, sliced
* ½ cup granola
* 1 tbsp honey (optional)
* Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a clear glass or small jar, spoon a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
2. Add a layer of granola, followed by sliced strawberries and kiwis.
3. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with yogurt and granola on top.
4. Drizzle with honey if desired.
5. Garnish with a few more berries or a sprig of fresh mint.
6. Serve immediately for crunch, or chill for 10–15 minutes for a softer texture.
