One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup

All your cheeseburger cravings wrapped up in a warm, creamy bowl of comfort—easy and so satisfying!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1/2 onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 4 cups beef broth
* 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
* 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (optional)
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 1 cup heavy cream or milk
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Add beef broth, macaroni, tomatoes (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes until macaroni is tender.
4. Stir in cream and shredded cheese until melted and soup is creamy.
5. Simmer uncovered for 5 more minutes, adjusting thickness with extra broth if needed.
6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or chives if desired.

Add pickles or a squirt of ketchup and mustard for a fun cheeseburger twist!
