Ingredients:
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
5 tbsp melted butter
3 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 Oreo cookies, chopped
Topping:
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/3 cup peanut butter sauce or melted peanut butter
Extra Oreos and cookie crumbs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Blend in sour cream and peanut butter until creamy.
5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Stir in vanilla extract.
6. Fold in chopped Oreos.
7. Pour batter over crust and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 50–55 minutes until center is slightly set.
9. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Before serving, top with whipped cream, drizzle peanut butter sauce, and decorate with Oreos and crumbs.
