Ingredients:
6 small tortillas
2 tbsp butter (melted)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup strawberry sauce or pie filling
Fresh strawberries (halved)
½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Drape tortillas over oven rack bars or a baking tray to form taco shapes.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool.
5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
6. Fold in whipped cream to create a light cheesecake filling.
7. Fill each taco shell with cheesecake mixture.
8. Spoon strawberry sauce over the filling.
9. Top with fresh strawberry halves and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
